Long cooking times and strong contrasts. Simple, balanced pairings. Our meats, our cheeses, risottos, and hearty first courses.

The customs of our parents and grandparents come back to life at Cavet 77.

Innovation

Our travels and experiences.

We were born and raised in Novara, but our love for cooking made us travel. We have tasted cuisines from distant countries and experimented with unknown flavors. We fell in love with tastes and combinations we never imagined we would know.

All of this has not made us forget our land and traditions; rather, it has pushed us to experiment and innovate. The result is at Cavet 77.
